In my sessions with portrait and headshot clients, the most important thing to me is authenticity. If you’re not someone who normally smiles, I’m not going to force you to smile. That’s not you. If you’re a bit awkward and goofy, I’m not going to make you sit placidly on a stool and give me a dead smile. That’s not who you are. There is depth and beauty to each of us, and together we will capture that side of you, smile or not.
